As editors exercise their ever-increasing power over information control, what limits would you impose on them as to the extent to which they can manipulate the photographic image?
Devise a series of guidelines that will control the release of images that have been constructed for media use so that the public is aware as to the extent of the manipulation.
I believe that there should not be a limit to imposing a picture. One, is if someone is dumb enough to think that a picture is true, let them believe it. If one believes that these people took the picture and survived the 9/11 attack, then it is their opinion. But clearly this guy supposedly survived, which most of the people know he could not have. So I do not think there should not be a limit.
