Find a photograph where the photographer has used a slow shutter speed and describe the subject matter including the background. Discuss any technical difficulties the photographer may have encountered and how these mat have been overcome.

     The background is very still, while there are cars moving. You can tell this by looking at the lights, stating that those are car moving. Which this picture is great because all the cars on side stayed still and there was a lot of traffic on the street. Also on the other side of the street. Any technical difficulties the photographer might of been was the wrong ISO or to fast of a shutter speed. Also maybe there was not enough traffic.
